I am sitting out back today 3 months after the completion of my project thinking to myself how much I love my backyard and realized I never gave Blooming Desert the public props they deserve. My goal was to have a private oasis like retreat out back and that’s what I now have. I could not be happier with the entire experience. Lindy was my designer and I felt right from the beginning that she wasn’t there just to give me an estimate. Other companies were just trying to fit in and sell various elements (pool, bbq, firepit, etc) but she was thinking of the entire experience (which direction I’d be facing so what view would I have, what I would see looking out back from my house). She was the only one who wanted to see my house’s interior style so the backyard would match my aesthetic. That kind of thorough consultation was exactly what I was looking for. Once the project started it was done efficiently and professionally. That they do both landscaping and the pool construction was such a benefit since the design was integrated and both teams worked together seamlessly. With any big project there will be hiccups but any thing that happened was resolved with my interest in mind. Pete, the pool project manager, was extremely patient and spent hours explaining everything (I am a new pool owner) and making sure I had no questions. And as a funny anecdote, after the project was done I hired landscapers to maintain it and the guy, when passing the gate into my backyard, literally said…woah. I was not expecting this backyard. I would absolutely not hesitate in recommending Blooming Desert. |
